Reunions

One of the sweetest things about coming back for a third summer has been reunions with old friends! Feel free to scroll through and read some short stories about these friends. You might recognise someone!

Sara! We met at Uni in Alabama. She came to Tokyo for an interview, so I got to see her again!

Kanako! We performed together again for Pentecost at Grace City Church.

Nahomi! She lives in New Zealand now, but we met in a Tokyo Airport! I miss her all the time.

Ayako-San! Kanako's mom, she had us over to teach us to make gluten free matcha bread!

Yuma! He drove for three hours to pick me up from the airport when I arrived.

Yuma again! Friend from Uni in the US. We finally convinced him to come to a church event in Japan!

Megan! We went to high school together, and are now serving together for a second time in Japan!

Chiho! We lived in the same city (Birmingham) but met for the first time at an RUF event in Japan!

Riona! We met at an RUF event in Tokyo last summer! She comes to their Large Groups as well.
